The florist was very nice and loved that she had shop cats! The arrangement was beautiful and similar but not the same as the one pictured (just in case someone is super picky about that). My only complaints would be the confusion with the computer system which she did apologize for, sometimes technology sucks. It said several days prior to picking up my order it was attempted to be delivered causing some confusion but she got back to me promptly. Also the flower card with the message and who it was from wasn’t in the flowers or box.
